Unless you use very heavy creams/balms/sleeping masks I would not double cleanse in the morning. There is no skin health-related reason why you shouldn't, so you can, but I think it is not necessary.

Same here. For me double cleansing in the morning in the Winter is just to much on my already dry Winter skin!!
