I have heard such amazing things about medik8, if I had to choose a non tret option, this would be it!

Prescription Tretinoin will be the only effective thing at actually eliminating wrinkles! I would look into that :)

You can see your primary care doctor or derm. It’s a fairly common prescription cream so next time you’re doing an annual checkup you can just add that you’d like to try it out for wrinkles :)

I agree with Tretinoin. On days I don't use tretinoin I use SIO forehead patch and apply a balm or petroleum right over after removing. I am 35 and my frown lines drastically improved.

Does the Tretinoin work on smile lines too? I have deep wrinkles in that area. And fine lines crows feet? Ir is it mainly for the forehead? Also, is it expensive? I'm guessing insurance wouldn't cover something like that for me.

Tretinoin absolutely. I use it and do "exposure therapy". Basically put it on for 30 minutes and then rinse it off. I've read studies saying this is just as effective but reduces irritation by 80% or so. I would also recommend a chemical peel. Makeup Artist's Choice sells several different kinds. They explain them in detail and allow you to buy samples that are enough for several peels for less than 10 bucks. The TCA and mandelic peels totally changed my skin. Other than that PDO threads are a good option. I do my own but that's not for everyone so I'd recommend finding a good med spa.

I often have "wrinkles" on my forehead who will disappear when I massage them
I press firmly with my fingertips and move the muscles to relax them (no skin rubbing)
