Routine help

u may want to start with niacinamide or another name vitamin b3 and pair with vitamin c if u wanna start retinol, start with lower concentration 0.5% with only 2-3 drips, so your skin wont feel itchy. i usually pair my retinol with anti aging serum and finish it with soothing cream/ampoule. u can start slow. for toners, i usually alternate exfoliating toners (mandelic acid for an example) and soothing toners (such as klairs)
