I really like this toner, and I've heard it is supposed to help with pores.

Look for salicylic acid aka BHA. Niacinamide is also a great ingredient!

Sure, here are a few I like.
The CeraVe products have both BHA and Niacinamide. The cleanser will be a little bit less irritating since you'll rinse it off, the gel will be a bit stronger but potentially more irritating if you aren't used to these ingredients. Just up to you what kind of product you'd prefer to use.
Paula's Choice has a liquid toner with BHA that also works really well. This could pair nicely with a moisturizer that has niacinamide. Lots of moisturizers contain this ingredient so you could pick one based on the type of formula that you like, I've included one of my favorites from La Roche Posay.
