most prob your skin barrier is damaged try using calming agents , sometimes my skin feel the same , so i incorporate cica in my routine and i stop using all the actives , you can continue with niacinamide , hydrating moisturiser (from bioderma , sebium hydra) laneige cicapair( it has alcohol but its fine for my skin ) dr jart cica pair is amazing anddont forget to treat your lips!
