If they are effective and solve your purpose, absolutely effective. I like the Klairs eye butter for its moisturising property. My favourite is the It's Skin Caviar eye cream, milk dots under the eye vanished in 2 weeks.

I think you can use them, if your eyes and face concern is different or your eyes more sensitive than your face :)
