Products for dry and dehydrated skin?

some good suggestions below, my skin is super dry in the winter but these seem to be helping :)

Hmmmm I definitely heard that the Isntree green tea toner is amazing but not super hydrating. Have you considered this one from CosRX? Way more dry skin friendly. Also maybe consider multiple layers of the hydrating toner; perhaps incorporating an essence (hydrating and the fermented ingredients get way down into skin) and maybe incorporate a facial oil to help lock in all that moisture even better. It's like a moisture shield! Some recommendations attached.

I have tried the unscented supple preparation toner and I like it but the Daily skin hydrating water is way more hydrating 😍

I personally use this on my dryest areas at night and I feel like it helps! it’s super heavy and takes forever to absorb so that’s why I only use it at night
