I second what @ozu said. EGCG is the component from green tea, and caffeine can act as an antioxidant as well. if you need a boost of antioxidants I’d say you can use it all over your face if it’s good enough for the under eye.
Also I’m not super familiar with this product, so I don’t know the texture. But it could be used for hair growth as well. Both caffeine and green tea would help stimulate the follicles

oh that sounds great! in regards to hair growth though I have no issues at all, my hair grows like weeds 🤣🤣

You can put them on your face every morning, bc caffeine is an antioxidant too
