my experience
- I'll wash my face with normal water if I feel uncomfortable, by that my excess sebum will removed from my face
- always clean you makeup whenever you want to go sleep
- avoid touching your acne to prevent it be more worst
- use any soothing/calming product to reduce the inflammation
