I'd choose this one despite the old filters, it was the most comfortable for my skin. But it's been discontinued and a new version is glowier so I'm rly sad :(

In my opinion, they are about the same. But I gravitate to the gel because they have larger size 😂 I don't think the milk has a bigger size
