Would love to find a good foundation that covers eye rings

I have found that my foundation didn’t matter once I used proper skincare around my eyes. I use a combination of 2 different eye patches (I use the snail mucin when I have dark circles and the black tea for fine lines) and an eye cream for day and a retinol eye cream at night.
