I've found that products with glycolic acid are super helpful for that, since it works on the surface of your skin to help get rid of the dead skin that's trapping the hair. I actually use OOTD's glycolic toner all over my entire body after every shower! Pairing this with a good exfoliating mitt in the shower is also a good idea, to help remove excess dead skin. No body acne or ingrown since I started doing this!
