I read in another thread that all the new products need to be added manually by Picky staff. I haven't had any new products added since maybe Jan/Feb this year, I feel your pain as this app deserves to have a flourishing product catalogue - I hope they can get the staff/resources/time to resolve the issue!

They haven’t updated any of my requests since February, so I don’t think Picky is actioning requests anymore. But it still says updates are done within 3 days and contacting Picky has not helped for me as I just get a canned message
