I think a BB cream would give similar or slightly better coverage than tinted sunscreen. Consistency-wise, it's more of a thicker, cream texture but still lightweight on the skin. Honestly, a lot of kbeauty BB creams and even Western ones have some kind of sun protection built in. But it's always good to wear a dedicated sun cream underneath it to ensure max protection.
Ingredients wise: you're looking for metal oxides (titanium dioxides, zinc oxides etc) or oxybenzones in the case of chemical filters (the most common in complexion products because some of them double as pigments
This is my fav bb cream with some SPF agents. Has a thicker consistency though

There honestly are so many great foundations out there with varying coverage (from sheer to full) and built in SPF. I personally love the Age 20 compact foundation. This is a built in serum, spf, and foundation all in one compact (less mess and easy to use, with builtable coverage).
