The dokdo toner is my go to for both AM and PM. It does its job well.

This one! Great for sensitive skin and it’s watery. So it won’t feel heavy on oily skin.

Theres no one fits all toner...unless its pure water and glycerin..but i do have something to recommend that i think gentle enough for everyday use.
