This is the cheapest niacinamide serum I know on the market. I bought it for 199 PH pesos (around 3–4 dollars), and it did a great job for a niacinamide serum. It faded my dark spots and did not irritate my skin. I love it! Best for people with limit...
My skin has not had any bad reactions to this product.
