I love using this as a step before moisturizing during the day and in the evening as well because I find this helps boost the moisture in my skin and really help lock in that hydration because my skin is so dehydrated!
This product is lightly fragranced.

Feels nice and is hydrating. Thin and perfect for layering. Leaves my skin nicely prepped for the rest of my routine
Heavily fragranced and has strong alcohol. It can sting my skin on more sensitive days. A tad expensive for a toner; I got it on clearance from f21. Would not repurchase for full price or even half price.
