It leaves a slight tacky feeling not a squeaky clean feel. This dissipates quickly and I do not see it as an issue but some might.

This works great, I can use it on my eyes and it doesn’t make them sting. I love that it’s fragrance free. Fragrance free products are healthier for your skin. The price is good too, at least where I live.
