I have nothing bad to comment about this product. Some people might not like the scent but it's okay for me.

It's definitely not super stripping. Suitable for those with sensitive skin or teenagers who's just trying out new skin care.
Not suitable for those that wears heavy make up. Because the cleanser is like suppppeeeerrre gentle, there's a chance that it did not take off you make up fully. Might need a toner follow up step just in case.
