I have flaky skin and my undereyes are so easily irritated, and this product definitely doesn't soothe anything. It's quite rough on my skin, probably too harsh in terms of ingredients so I wouldn't use it at all when my skin isn't at its best condition. Other than that, I do experience the comedonic effect
My skin doesn't feel smooth like the way The Ordinary's Niacinamide works on me. So, yeah, I wouldn't repurchase this one.
