You can easily squeeze the cream out, although the liquidy consistency means that you might easily dispense too much if you are not careful. You can use it on your FACE & BODY. I love how creamy and spreadable it is! It sinks into my dry skin so quickly, leaving my hands, body and legs moisturised, soft and plump. Rather than a cream, it feels more like a lotion. It is gentle, moisturises without feeling too heavy on the skin and leaves the skin healthy and glowy, without any greasy feeling. For me, I can feel a thin, soft & velvety coating once the cream is absorbed, which feels like a protective coating that prevents my skin from drying out. I believe that with the consistent usage, I've noticed an improvement on my generally dry, flaky arms, body & legs. My skin feels softer overall and looks more moisturised. I can surely say that my skin looks healthier even in this cold winter weather. I'm really glad it comes in a 175mL large size so it'll last for awhile as my body lotion.
