It's a good toner and the price is cheap too. I use it after I cleanse and my face feels a lot more cleaner after using it. It doesn't sting. Consistency is like water. This bottle lasted me a long time considering that I use this twice a day. It has a slight fragrance to it, but I don't mind because it's minimal and not over powering.
