I did test this product substituting my toner then top it off with my regular moisturizer just to see if it really works. Lately, I experienced some mild irritations (small forehead bumps) with testing different products almost every 2 weeks, and this took a toll in my skin. Which is why receiving this product came handy. I immediately applied this product the night I received it and what I noticed was its very water texture. This product has the same texture like most toners and it absorbs faster than any toner I had. I guarantee you won’t feel any tackiness after application.
