Pixy - 24carats review for Eye and Lip Makeup Remover

- It's cheap and it actually can remove waterproof mascara and eyeliner. You can see the result on the photo I attached. All clear except the tint one. Its needed extra rubbing and extra product and still left slight stain. - The texture feels very greasy so def must wash face with water after usage. - It doesn't sting eyes, doesn't break my face out, and doesnt sting.
