2NDESIGN - flanerian review for First Toner Clear

Honestly, I was impressed with how hydrating and gentle this was. Sometimes toners tend to be stripping (at least that's my experience with the ones I've tried). This literally feels like applying water to your face; I do believe this can be great for sensitive skins as well since my sister tried it and her skin loved this toner (she's got a quite sensitive skin).
