INNISFREE - Picky65421 review for Cica Toner with Bija Seed Oil

This is great if you use adapalene or have really dry skin. I use this every day before serum and pat it into the skin or as a light moisturizer. It saved my skin from peeling and being dry from retinol. Made it feel so soft and plump and glory. I'm repurchasing for sure and it is a great price too.
