I have never felt any tingling or itchy sensation with this. It can mildly exfoliate the skin without visibly showing its peeling. It doesn't make my skin red too. It also helps in letting the next product be absorbed by the skin faster. This can make my skin dirt-free, softer and hydrated in every after use.
