To be honest, this just feels like mineral water,, no feeling on skin, no visible improvement ok skin condition,, but atleast it is just a toner to hydrate the epidermis layer of our skin, cant be expecting a toner to be functioning like moisturizer
Overall, will not purchase again since one bottle actually lasted me 6 months.. , addtional it contains paraben, i wonder how it made up the ranking of no. 1 of 化妆水 in japan...
