Total Hydration Moisture + Tint Merlot
I adore this. I was interested in a tinted lip balm and decided to try this out since it was affordable. The colour is a lovely, pigmented, and buildable deep wine kind of colour. It feels great, wears down beautifully and lasts as a light tint as long as it hasn’t been wiped away from eating or drinking.
It’s not a lip treatment and the ingredients may not agree with everyone. For an everyday wearable lip colour, I think it’s a great choice and will be a staple in my collection as long as I can get my hands on them.
