This PHA toner has liquid consistency which is so easy to apply. I do it in various ways: sometimes I apply on a cotton pad or just to my palm and gently pad it in. It doesn’t have any specific scent which could be irritating. My skin is a bit reactive lately as I do test a lot of products, so am trying to use more gentle alternatives. This formula is great for those who can’t tolerate AHA’s and BHA’s and still need to exfoliate their skin. Great toner!
