DE’s Virgin Marula Luxury Oil is an antioxidant-rich powerhouse oil that helps reduce fine lines, soothe the skin, even out texture, and targets dry and dull skin. The formula is one ingredient, Marula, that is straight from the fruit. It’s comes with a dose of omega-6 and omega-9, two antioxidants that help improve your skin's texture and appearance. While it’s best for those with dry skin, It is also antimicrobial so it’s great for problematic skin. *This oil is definitely luxurious and makes your skin feel like silk. I have also used The Ordinary’s Marula Oil, and while it may not be as luxurious, I saw similar benefits as I did with DE’s version. The only big difference I found was The Ordinary’s was more thick and only gave a minimal glow compared to DE’s giving you a bright dewy glow. If you are only using for hydration I would go with The Ordinary’s because of the price. PROS: - Absorbs Quickly - Hydrates my dry skin - Leaves skin feeling soft and smooth - No additional fragrances or preservatives - Smoothed lines around mouth and eyes - Did not irritate skin or cause a breakout - Wears well under makeup. Works great as a primer.
