Retacnyl Tretinoin Cream

I changed to this tretinoin cream (0.25%) after 3 months on adapalene (0.1%). I like how this cream resulted in faster cell turnover compared to adapalene cream I've used before. I have just using this cream for a week, so I'm still in the retinization & purging stage. Will update my review after I use this cream for a longer period of time.

Dry, flaky skin around my mouth, chin, nose & eyes areas. Tight feeling. More sensitive to sun exposure.
