happyxseoul review for PORE-REST BHA Blackhead Clearing Facial Cleanser

Full disclosure at the outset, I used this product exactly three times and that is what I am basing my review on. I didn’t want to use it anymore than that because I don’t enjoy it. Fragrance and essential oil free, Jumiso claim this sensitive skin ready cleanser can penetrate and deeply cleanse your skin with cushion-like foam that doesn’t leave your face feeling stripped. Sadly, I didn’t have as enjoyable of an experience. The first time I used this cleanser, I was immediately put off. My face felt so dry and stripped it was unreal. There is no mention of PH level anywhere online, and based on the density of the foam and the way my skin felt after using this, I am sure this is not a low PH cleanser. It burns your eyes and stings the inside of your nose. It was not a pleasant experience—I repeated this for a further two occasions and my opinion has not changed. I am not a fan of this cleanser and wouldn’t suggest it for anybody who doesn’t want their face feeling stripped. A big Jumiso fan from their other products, but this sadly misses the mark for me 👎🏻
