Toner is liquid but colorless, so the first time I used it, it felt like I was applying filtered water to my skin. However, the important thing I like is that after using this face wash, I don't feel dry or uncomfortable at all. The second plus point is that it has the ability to clean the skin quite well. After washing your face thoroughly and then using a cotton pad soaked in toner to wipe your face once, the cotton pad is white and clean ^^ The outstanding use of it is: brightening skin, solving skin problems and moisturizing. But after a few weeks of use, I see the most obvious moisturizing effect and the skin is a little brighter ✨ a little.
