This is everything I wish I had as a teenager! It is definitely a balm texture but it sits well under or over my water cream moisturizer. It has wonderful ingredients like panthenol and oligopeptides that help my redness proned areas and help blemishes recover at max speed with minimal scarring. Skin picking can be a major anxiety tick of mine and this helps so much!!!!!!!
