It smells stronger than the toner but is still enjoyable according to my tolerance. Once I applied to my inflamed pimple, it gave me a slight tingling sensation for the first few seconds. Just like the toner, it feels mattifying on my skin but feels more moisturizing, which I love! Since it gives a mattifying effect to my skin, I prefer use it on my am routine to regulate sebum throughout the day!☀
