Alcohol-Free Unscented Witch Hazel Toner
I got a small sample of this "toner" from Thayer's & was pretty disappointed. It's basically witch hazel with a few added ingredients. Witch hazel is more of an astringent than a toner. Save yourself some money & just buy witch hazel. It'll do the same thing for a fraction of the price.
It's basically witch hazel & it is overpriced.
