WELL I don't recommend this product but if your skin is extremely dry or dehydrated you can use this!
If you want a simple step... You can use this and skip everything else. It is sooo hydrating and quite moisturising, honestly.
It is enriched with 45% Sodium Hyaluronate and 5% Sea Buckthorn, along with Licorice and Niacinamide.
Oh dear lord I don't want to say these but firstly, IT IS SOOO SLIMY AND TACKY. It takes FOREVER to absorb into my skin. It makes the next steps a hard job for me, making other steps hard to get absorbed. I hate this toner. Period.
