Comeitto - Picky826143 review for Komenuka Brightening Rice Water

I tried the Comeito Comments out of curiosity. I bought it a few months ago. the texture is watery, white like liquid rice. a little sticky on the skin and not easy to absorb too. I have to apply it to the skin after using the toner first so it doesn't appear breakouts. I rarely use it because it's not very friendly to my skin.
