NO alcohol, fragrance 💬This comes in a long slim tube, with no scent, I use a smaller amount and re-apply on my dry u-zone as needed. It's a soft cream that glides nicely on my skin, absorbs well, does not have the greasy feeling and with a satin finish. I applied this after toner or directly after cleansing, either way works well. It hydrates my skin and the dry flaky chin area, my skin stays hydrated all day. It soothes a little on my tiny pimples and reddened inflamed pimple (papule), though it does not reduce the redness and size, this would need an active serum. I like that this cream is hydrating and soothing for my skin, and a good ceramide cream to be used when my skin barrier is compromised.
