bitesizedskin review for Chestnut BHA 2% Clear Liquid

this toner has 2% salicylic acid & 1% of chestnut shell extract as its main ingredient! 🌰super interesting as i've never tried anything with chestnut extract! 🤔 the salicylic acid chemically exfoliates the skin while the chestnut shell extract helps to tighten pores and has antioxident effects! 😌 there are also ingredients that help to calm + hydrate the skin! 💦 the toner’s texture is water-like and it has a yellow tinge due to the chestnut shell extract ingredient! 💛 though it contains 2% salicylic acid, i didn't find it to be irritating at all! 🤓 i also found that my pores seemed to appear smaller and my skin felt a lot smoother after using it! the hydrating effects were not prominent but personally i'm not rly looking out for that when it comes to a chemical exfoliant. would definitely recommend this to someone looking for a non-irritating + exfoliating toner! 🥰
