Celerybaby review for Le Blanc Fresh Brightening Foam Cleanser

This is a thick formula that needs only a small dab in the palm of the hand. Add a small amount of water and rub your palms together lightly to form a luxurious mousse. Rinses well and leaves the complexion clean and soft. Personally, I have not noticed a "brightening" effect however I am pleased with the product as a quality face cleanser.
