annaya review for Cera-C Pore Reducing Toner T1

This is a very disappointing product. Reading the ingredient list, you can’t help but think it’s great and will do wonders for your skin. Does it? Honesty, i don’t know, because i can’t make myself use it. The texture is abhorrent. I’ve only put it on a couple times and i never reach for it anymore. I like lightweight, hydrating toners, but i sometimes enjoy more viscous, milky consistencies. This, however, is straight up oily. I have no idea how it’s supposed to work as a toner, because it’s very heavy on the skin and i can’t imagine my watery serums penetrating through it. The feeling on the skin is very unpleasant. I definitely won’t repurchase.
