The packaging is very sleek with black & rose gold colour and it does look expensive! The Step 1 ampoule has a colourless runny liquid with barely-there scent The step 1 ampoule is so lightweight and easily absorbed by the skin with no tackiness. My face feels hydrated upon in contact with this ampoule. I skipped using moisturiser since these ampoules able to provide me enough hydration & moisturization that my combination skin needs. . . I wouldn't say my dark spot are completely faded, but it has been significantly reduced. Also, my sunburn is almost gone; thanks to the mandelic acid and other well-formulated ingredients in the product that works tremendously good. It is recommended to use these products in a month and to be repeated every alternate month to help prevent the formation of dark spots. Overall, I would say that this product helps to enhance overall skin appearance & makes me feel confident in my own skin as it becoming more radiant and luminous.
