A nice purole colour •Watery texture •Star ingredients such as niacinamide, tranexamic acid and vit C derivate •I apply it in small amounts and layer it 3-4 times to get the hydration I need •I also like saturating a cotton pad with the toner and swipe it across my face and/or leaving it a few minutes on the most problematic areas
