Using sheet masks is my way to doing selfcare, especially after a long day or in this case, a long week! I use sheet masks for a boost and to relax and unwind, versus for long term results. This sheet mask has centella asiatica, green tea and licorice that work together to hydrate and nourish the skin. The mask was a really good fit and soaked in really soothing serum. it was lightweight and my skin really liked the boost afterwards!
