Because of its watery consistency, this toner was quickly absorbed by my skin and it leaves my skin refreshed and hydrated. This serves as a great hydrator or plumper for my skin before I lock it in with a heavy textured cream or emulsion. I have been using this for the past 6 months and the bottle is still not empty which means it is cost-effective in a sense that you will use a little amount of product but you will still get what you are looking for. What i really love about this is that I have been living in a hot country and I wouldnt bother using this everyday because there is no feeling of tackiness on my skin!
