Its a mix between a clay mask and a creme. It has a slight clay/earthy scent to it but I barely notice it. It’s light upon application, goes on smoothly, and it doesn’t leave your skin feeling tight once it begins to dry. Their is a tingling sensation but goes away quickly. The tiny seeds/grains don’t irritate my skin on application or when used for exfoliation when rinsing off. My skin feels more smooth and soft to the touch. This mask has really helped clear up stressed skin by reducing inflammation and cleaning out pores. Over a couple uses I noticed the redness in my cheeks reduced. I would recommend to those with oily, combination, and sensitive skin.
