glowyame review for Rice Toner

🍚𝗧𝗘𝗫𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗘 & 𝗦𝗖𝗘𝗡𝗧: has 2 separated water and emulsion layers, so you gotta shake it before use. the consistency is light and watery with just a little bit of body to it. no discernible scent. 🍚𝗞𝗘𝗬 𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦: • 77.8% rice extract - brighten and moisturize skin. • niacinamide ✅ no alcohol, fragrance & EOs. i love the way this applies on my skin! it has a nice slippery feel which makes it glides across the skin so smoothly. it also doesn’t leave any sticky and tacky residue when layered. i usually do up to 2 layers, more than that i find it way too greasy for my oily skin and the products i put on next will not absorb properly. with that said, i prefer to use it at night as it might be too much for daytime, especially under the hot and humid weather here. it absorbs well, leaving my skin so moisturized and soft to the touch. i’m not kidding when i said that i could instantly notice the brightening effect. 🤩 it gives a beautiful healthy glow on the skin and it didn’t cause me any irritation/breakouts. it also layers well with my other products. 💸𝙒𝙄𝙇𝙇 𝙄 𝙋𝙐𝙍𝘾𝙃𝘼𝙎𝙀? yes! dry dehydrated skin will be the most suitable demographic for this toner, especially if you live in cold climates. oily skin worry not, due its light consistency, it moisturizes just enough and won’t be heavily suffocating for nighttime use. i recommend 1-2 layers but dry skin can definitely do more. i’m in love and won’t hesitate to purchase in the future. 🥰
