This serum has a slightly thick texture and it takes a little longer to absorb on the skin, but it is easy to layer with other skincare. I've been trying it for 3 weeks in the mornings and evenings and layering with moisturizer and sunblock. I notice my smile lines fade a little bit not as deep as a few months ago. I also feeling it also can make my U-zone area more plump and don't drying. But I dont recommend you use it if you have acne, the amino acid and protein content in it seems gonna make acne worse. That was my experience when i keep using it when i have maskne, dont worry the reaction on your skin maybe different.
